  • Take any action with respect to any User Contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion

  • Take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorised use of the Site

8. Booking and Reservation Terms

When you book a tour or service through our Site, the following terms apply:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
  • Cancellation and refund policies are specific to each tour and will be detailed during the booking process
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or insufficient participation

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we, our affiliates, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising in connection with the Site or the use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, losses, or expenses.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver by Hidden Britain Tours of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
